To find Assets on the Mobile App, tap the 'Assets' tap at the top of the homepage to show the Assets section. From here, tap 'Assets' to show the Filter List page where the user can enter a Building Name/Number. Tapping search will bring back all Buildings that relate to the entered text. Tap the desired Building(s) and then tap 'Apply Filter'.

This will display a list of Assets relating to the Building(s) selected, defaulting to showing up to the first 25 Assets of how many have ben found. If the User wants to see more Assets, scroll down and a 'Tap to load more...' button will appear and tappping this will display the next 25 Assets.

To find specific assets the User can use the Filter function. Tapping the 'Filter' button in the top right corner will display a drop down of options.

Here are a list of the different filters:

  • Check In To Building - Allows the User to Check In to the desire Building by using the Check In methods requested by the Client. Once checked in, a list of Assets will be displayed associated to the checked in Building.
  • Filter by building - A search bar appears allowing the User to search for specific Buildings using either the Building Name or Building Number
  • Filter by equipment type - A search bar appears allowing the User to search for specific Equipment Types
  • Filter by status - Presents the user with a list of further filter options; for example, "In Service", "Isolated" and "Decommissioned". These options can be selected and deselected. Tapping 'Apply' applies these filters and presents the updated list.

To clear all filters in place, open the "Filter" menu, if filters have been applied then the 'Clear all filters' option will appear as the last Filter option. Choosing this will remove the filters and return the full Asset list available to the User.

Alternatively, whilst on the Asset list the User can tap the menu in the top right corner and tap the 'Search' action. This will display the Asset Search pop up. Here the User will have the option to enter in an Asset Number and search for a specific Asset.
