Filtering by type Filtering by building Clear filters

Tapping on the "Filter" button in the top right hand corner, whilst on the Authorisation List page, will bring the authorisation filter menu up:

The Authorisation Filter menu, will give you the following options:

  • Filter by type
  • Filter by building
  • Clear all filters

Filtering by type

Upon tapping the "Filter by type" button from the Authorisation Filter menu, the device will display the filter by type menu.

By tapping one or more of; Reactive, Quote, PPM, Audit or Purchasing - or the boxes at the end of the rows, the tick boxes will be ticked. To untick an option, simply tap the item again. To confirm the selection, tap the "Apply" button in the top right hand corner of the application. This will apply the filter and display a corresponding list of Work Orders in Authorisation, of the type(s) that have been selected.

Filtering by building

Upon tapping the "Filter by building" option, you will be bought to the filter by building screen:

Start typing either the Building Name or Building Number(s) - partial searches of Building Name/Number are permitted. Then tap the search button on the on screen keyboard, to return a list of Work Orders in Authorisation that match the criteria. Tap the Building Name, or box at the end of the row to add this Building to the selection, this will be signified by the tick box being populated. To untick an item simply tap it again. Once the Buildings have been selected, tap "Apply Filter" to return the results.

Clear filters

The "Clear all filters" option will become enabled only after at least one filter has been applied. Simply tap the "Clear all filters" option, and all filters will be removed.
