Placing a Work Order On/Off Hold

To place a work order in authorisation on or off hold, tap the corresponding button in the actions menu, whilst on the work orders detail screen.

The screen that either of these two options take you two, will look exactly the same, other than the heading that shall either be "Off Hold" or "On Hold". To add a reference to this action please tap the textbox labelled as "Reference", this is a free form textbox and therefore you should be able to put all necessary reference information in there. To add a note to this action please tap the text box labelled as "Notes", this is a free form textbox and therefore you should be able to put any notes you should wish to add in this textbox.

If you wish to not continue with the chosen action, tap the "Back" button in the top left hand corner of the application. If you are happy with the information provided, please tap the "Submit" button in the top right hand corner of the application.
