The last actions the User can undertake within the Building Module is creating and viewing ‘Events’. Events can be any type of activity taking place at any Building(s) as the User can tailor this to to suit requirements. For example if there is a belief that the Summer Sales happening within the Clients premises will affect work or needs to be taken into consideration, then the User can create this as an Event. Any event can be attached to any work order number(s) raised (or to be raised) this will make sure that any Resource being sent to a location will be made aware of the Event taking place at site.
