About the Core Data Module

The backbone of any system is its core data module. The secret to the speed and accuracy of the Ostara System lies within the data structure of the Core Data module.

As a result, the system ensures consistent data across all modules, by using one-time entry of data this leads to more efficient processes and the time is taken to create a Work Order is decreased.

Core Data allows access to a wide variety of actions that will affect how people use the Ostara System. It provides the ability to change the Core Data stored in the database so it is tailored to Client requirements.

This is what the Core Data module looks like:

The Core Data module contains:

System
Buildings
Asset
Part
People and Profiles
Contact Types
Resource
Equipment and Services
Reasons
Work Order
Standards & Legislation
Document Types
