Person who provides goods to site on a lease/hire basis |
Length (RFI) |
This allows you to state what length of answer you are expecting in response to an RFI Question. This will limit the answer to this many characters |
Level |
A specific Level within a Location Mapping. For example, Ground Floor, First Floor |
Life Expectancy (Asset) |
The expected timeframe in which the Asset is to be in good working order without complete replacement |
Location |
A specific Level, Area and Location within a Building. To be used on Assets or Work orders to aid in identification. For Example, Ground Floor / Reception / Entrance |
Location Extra |
This field allows you to enter a fourth Location when creating an Asset so that you can give very specific details if required |
Location Mapping |
The creation of a direct association of a specific Location to a Building |
