Job Title
This is the field against a Building or Resource contact in which you would enter their job title

Known as Name
A Building may have an official name, but be known as something else. This field allows you to enter this “Known as name”. This field is shown in all Building search screens throughout Ostara

DEFINITION
Last Day of Contract (Inclusive)
The last (inclusive) day of the contract following cancellation. The contract will run until the end of this day
Lease/Hire (Resource)
Person who provides goods to site on a lease/hire basis
Length (RFI)
This allows you to state what length of answer you are expecting in response to an RFI Question. This will limit the answer to this many characters
Level
A specific Level within a Location Mapping. For example, Ground Floor, First Floor
Life Expectancy (Asset)
The expected timeframe in which the Asset is to be in good working order without complete replacement
Location
A specific Level, Area and Location within a Building. To be used on Assets or Work orders to aid in identification. For Example, Ground Floor / Reception / Entrance
Location Extra
This field allows you to enter a fourth Location when creating an Asset so that you can give very specific details if required
Location Mapping
The creation of a direct association of a specific Location to a Building
