List your Assets in the system and make changes to them when required

It's possible that information concerning Assets may need to be viewed or even edited at some point and this can be done by navigating to Menu > Assets > List 

Selecting <List> will display the “Search Assets” pop up, which has two fields:

“Search Assets” -  If the user has the exact Asset Number they can enter it into this field

“Building” - The user can select a building from the drop down menu

Click <Search> to return results 

A list of results for the search are displayed, which can be filtered to return only the assets a user wants to see, for example, a particular equipment type. 

To view the Asset in more detail, click on the <relevant Asset number> to open the “Asset Details” page. The user can then review all the Asset details and dependent on their permissions, can carry out actions such as adding/editing documents and/or Asset
