If the Work Order number is already known then, rather than the Work Order lists and searching through. Searching by Work Order Number can be performed by clicking the icon or by navigating to Menu > Work Orders > Search > By Number. This allows the User to enter the number of the Work Order and open the Work Order directly

All that is required in this screen is the number of the Work Order that the User wishes to view. Once entered, click <Search> to search for the number.

Note: The Work Order No field will only allow numeric values and will display an error if any non-numerical values are entered.

If the number was correct, the Work Order Detail page will be displayed which bypasses the Work Order Lists.

If the number was incorrect, or isn't viewable by the current user a message saying “You do not have permission to view this Job” is displayed.
