The Check In QR Code dashboard tile provides a quick and direct way to access a site's unique attendance scan code. Mobile users and engineers can scan this QR code directly from your dashboard screen to log into the site and start assigned Work Orders.

Default View & Content

When all system requirements are met, this standard 1 x 1 tile displays:

  • An interactive, scannable QR code generated specifically for your active site.
  • The location details displayed directly beneath the QR code image using the format: BUILDING_NAME (BUILDING_NO).

Alternative Tile Messages (Information States)

Depending on your system access, Client configurations, or dashboard filters, the tile may automatically switch to an Information state and display one of the following structural validation messages instead of the QR code:

“You do not have permission to view this”

Reason: Your user account does not possess the required security permissions to view site attendance data.

“No active scan code”

Reason: The Client entity your account is associated with does not have the mandatory "Check-In" module setting activated.

“Single building not configured”

Reason: Your account is associated with more than one physical site, or your main dashboard General Filter is currently set to view multiple/all buildings. To clear this message and view the QR code, use your dashboard's global filter to select a single, specific building.

Pre-requisites & Permissions

Client Setting: The system-wide Check-In setting must be turned On against the Client profile.

Filter Rule: The dashboard must be filtered down to a single, specific site.

Permissions: Can View Building Attendance Code
