To find Work Orders on the Mobile App, tap the section called Work Orders on the homepage. This will display a list of Work Orders that have been assigned to the User, showing up to 25 WOs. To show more WOs, scroll down the page and tap the "Tap to load more..." button to show 25 more items, up to a maximum 200 WOs. Pending Acceptance WOs can also appear in the WO List as long as the system is configured to do so.
In the list the User is able to see a short summary of details about the work orders on screen. To view in further detail please tap the relevant work order. This shall display that work orders Detail page.
Please be aware that some resources may have a large amount of WOs and using filters will help the User to find the correct work orders efficiently. The User will only ever be able to see up to 200 WOs in the list at any time.
Note: If a WO is non-operational, there will be a symbolshown next to them so they are easily recognisable.
The User can also search directly for the WO number or by sorting the list. In the "" menu, the Sort and Actions sections are shown. In the Sort section are two options:
- Default Sort - This allows the User to return the sorting order back to its default state. This will state "Already Active" when no sorting is in place
- Custom Sort - Provides the User with several ways to sort the WO List. From the drop downs, the User can choose a column to search by and then the order in which they are displayed in the list. Multiple columns be chosen for a sort. Tap "Submit" to apply the sort
In the Actions section is the "Search" option. Tapping this will show the Search pop up in which the WO number can be entered. After the number is entered, tap the Search button/icon on the Mobile's keyboard to perform the search. A successful search will display the WO Detail page for the entered WO.
Note: Should the User have access to multiple Ostara Clients, it is possible to configure the device to show the Work Orders for all Clients on a single log-in rather than having to log in and out of the system each time. Please contact the Client System Administrator for more information.
