About the Assets Module

About the Assets Module

Asset Management is concerned with optimising the whole life costs of an asset base, and is a multi-functional discipline. It requires the understanding and management of risk at all stages in the asset life cycle, and the development and implementation of processes for the concept, design, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and disposal of assets which ensure the lowest whole life cost outcomes for the business.

The module manages data relating to:

  • Asset history (reliability and financial)
  • Warranty control
  • FGas legislation
  • Asset hierarchy
  • Meter reading
  • Document upload

Asset numbers do not need to be numbers, they can be anything the User decides. They could even be the serial number of the piece of equipment.

This is what the Assets module looks like:

Creating an Asset
Viewing/Editing an Asset Introduction
Asset Sub Menus
