About the Audits (RFI - Requests For Information) Module

The purpose of this module is to allow a mechanism to support the ability to create a set of questions for any set of Users to be asked at a given point in time during the work order work flow process. The answers to these questions will then be used to create metrics that may be used to measure the following but not exclusively: KPIs, SLAs, H&S, Quality or any other information that is needed.
