The Awaiting Actions “Tile”  takes you to the various areas that require further action before they are fully completed

The actions that can be shown in this “Tile” are:

“Certificate” - Work Orders that are awaiting the upload of a certificate following works being carried out

“Quote Review” - Work Orders where the Client (authoriser) has asked for a review of a previously submitted quote

“Re-Valuation” - Work Orders where the Client (authoriser) has asked for a re-valuation of a previously submitted estimate/fixed cost

“Meter Reading” - Work Orders that are awaiting the submission of Meter Readings

“Waste Collection” - Work Orders that have an associated requirement for an element of waste to be collected

Clicking the “‘Refresh” icon in the top right hand corner of the “Tile”, will reload the data within the “Tile”.

Pre-Requisite: Any of: Awaiting Actions (Certificates), Awaiting Actions (Quote Review), Awaiting Actions (Re-valuation), Awaiting Actions (Meter Readings), Awaiting Actions (Waste Collection) Work Order Lists

Permissions: Any of: Can View Public Work Order Lists, Can View Portal Work Order Selection Lists, and then each of the following controls access to the relevant awaiting actions list: 

• Certificates: Can Add or Edit Certificates
• Quote Review: Can Provide Quote Details
• Re-Valuation: Either Can Set Estimate or Can Set Fixed Cost
• Meter Readings: Can Create Meter Readings
• Waste Collection: Can Add/Edit Waste Collections
