A common feature used throughout the system is the Right Click Function. This option makes it possible to right click on a grid and perform a set of extra actions depending on the area of the system.  These actions can range from refreshing the current data in a list on the screen to manipulating data shown on the screen. The right click action can be performed on most list views throughout the system. Below is an example of the most common right click features:

This set of features appears on the Contract Search List and the SRA Search List (among other areas). Just right click the list for the menu to appear. The actions are:

  • "Clear filter" will clear any filters that have been applied to the list and will display the original data pulled back in the list.
  • "Visible columns" will provide a list of the columns in the current list which then allows the User to show only specific columns and to hide others. Any columns that display a tick against them are shown in the list. Here is an example list:
  • "Refresh" will refresh the data located in the grid/list to it's current state. This could be used to check if data has been added to the list since it was first created.
