In some cases when a Quote Request is received, the Quote value may be deemed to be too expensive or there may be some inconsistent details. In these circumstances, the User can request that the Resource reviews the Quote and amends it using the "Request Quote Review" action. Selecting this will display the following screen:

Here, a list of the Quote Requests sent out for the Work Order are shown along with the Status they are currently in. Select the Quote that needs to be reviewed (and has been Received) and click "OK". This will then send the Quote back the Resource for them to update it.
