Within the system, there are two types of Resource: Internal and External. In a lot of cases, Internal Resources will be the first point of call before External Resources for work to be carried out. That being the case, it is possible to create SRAs that are only applicable to Internal Resource. The following steps describe how to create Internal Only SRAs:

  1. Click the "Create New SRA" button to display the below screen. Here, enter the Name and Description, select "Internal Only" from the Special Type field and select whether the SRA is Active or not using the Status field.

Once all the above is done, click the "OK" button to create the SRA.
  2. From this point on, follow the same creation process as a regular SRA.
Note: When creating a Internal Only SRA, it is not possible to create a Contract for it. Also, only Internal Resources can be associated to the "Internal Only" SRA. No External Resources will be displayed when adding a Resource to the Resource tab.
