If a Supplier only needs to adjust the costs of their items in a Catalogue due to an increase/decrease in prices, they can bulk adjust the values of either all or a number of items at once. This can be done using the “Download Catalogue” action.

Navigate to Menu > Catalogues > List. This will return a list of all catalogues the user has access to. 

Select the relevant list to open the “View Catalogue” page, and then from the “Actions" available choose “Download Catalogue”. This will download the Catalogue in its current state (meaning if items haven't been approved yet, those changes won't be downloaded) in which the User can save as a spreadsheet.
