Welcome to the User Guide for the Ostara Mobile Application. This application allows Users to locate, action and complete their Jobs (Work Orders) easily from their Mobile Device.

The Ostara Mobile Application is compatible with Android, iOS and Windows 8 Mobile and can be downloaded from the relevant App Store for your device.

The minimum requirements to run the Ostara Mobile application:

• iPhone - iOS 9.0
• Android - Version 5.0 (Lollipop)

To sign into the Mobile App for the first time, the User needs to enter their Username, Password and an Activation code. Once the Username, Password and Activation Code have been entered, the user will be required to enter their name. Any further logins after this do not require the Activation code or the name again.

The Activation Code can be included in the FAQs displayed on the Portal. To do this, a Code need to be entered in the FAQ.
