Forgot Username
Use this if you have forgotten your Username
If you have forgotten your “Username”, simply select the <Forgot Username> function on the Sign In page. Upon doing this, enter the email address associated to your user and select <Submit>.
This will then send out an email to the entered address containing the “Username”, along with a notification specifying this. If the entered email address is not recognised within the system, the email received will state that no user is associated to the entered email address.
