The Portal provides Users with the ability to view any work orders that are currently awaiting further information, such as certificates, quote review,re-valuations meter readings and jobs requiring waste collection, from the Dashboard. This is shown in the "Awaiting Actions" tile and displays the number of work orders against each action. By clicking the corresponding number of jobs (highlighted in blue) against an action, all work orders, against the Users site(s), are displayed.

After clicking Certificate, work orders awaiting certificates are displayed each with a variety of different details just like the "Awaiting Actions" list (see Awaiting Actions page for more information). Selecting a work order from this list will display the Job Detail page in which the additional information can be provided.

After clicking Quote Review, work orders awaiting quote reviews are displayed each with a variety of different details just like the "Awaiting Actions" list. Selecting a work order from this list will display the Job Detail page in which the additional information can be provided.

After clicking Re-Valuation, work orders awaiting re-valuation are displayed each with a variety of different details just like the "Awaiting Actions" list. Selecting a work  from this list will display the Job Detail page in which the additional information can be provided.

After clicking Meter Reading, work orders awaiting meter reading(s) are displayed each with a variety of different details just like the "Awaiting Actions" list. Selecting a work order from this list will display the Job Detail page in which the additional information can be provided.
