The second way that this can be done is if the engineer calls directly from site.

  1. First thing is to find the work order in question.
  2. From the Agent Actions menu select Stop Job > Field Team
  3. After the Revisit Required screen, the Job Start Date screen is displayed. The Job Start Date field will have be populated with the date and time the Work Order was started and the Completion Date will have the current date and time. These fields are all read only and cannot be changed. Click "Next" to proceed with the Stop Job.
  4. The rest of the process is the same as Stop Job > Admin.
