A User may wish to link a Work Order to a brand New Work Order. There are 4 options available, link to ‘Reactive’ Work Order, ‘Quote’ Work Order, ‘Audit’ Work Order and 'Purchasing' Work Order. To perform this task select it from the Agent Actions list and choose the type of New Work Order you wish to create for linking. Once selected the user is taken through the process of creating a New Work Order.
