Where there is a Purchase Order that has had a Partial Delivery but the remaining items are no longer required - this can be updated in the following way:

1. First thing is to find the Purchase Order in question.
2. From the Agent Actions menu select "Remaining Items Not Required" option.
3. The Purchase Order will then move on to a Fully Delivered state.
