The “Authorisation Status” “Tile” shows a user the number of work orders that require authorising.

Selecting one of the above will take you to the relevant list that shows the work orders applicable

"Pending Authorisation" - Work orders that are yet to be reviewed, and either Approved, Rejected, Placed on Hold or have Further Information requested

“On Hold” - Work orders that have been reviewed, but a decision was made to place on the work order on hold

"Requiring Further Information Required" - Work orders that have been reviewed, but the authoriser has requested further information before being able to make a decision

Clicking the <Refresh> icon in the top right hand corner of the “Tile”, will reload the data within the “Tile”.

It should be noted that placing a work order on hold, or requiring further information will not automatically email or notify an individual. This is a process that allows for the identification of authorisation status of work orders, but the action of following up for more information for example is reliant on the authoriser.

Pre-Requisite:  At least one of: Pending Authorisation (further information), Pending Authorisation (no action taken), Pending Authorisation (on hold) Work Order lists

Permissions:  Can List Authorisations, Can View Pending Authorisations
