The Awaiting Actions list shows all the Work Orders that require further information or input from the User before they can be completed.

To view this list, navigate to Menu > Work Orders > Lists > Standard > Awaiting Actions.

From this view the User is able to see the “Completed Date” which details the date the Work Order reached the Completed status (5.xx) and a "Days Since Completion" column which details the time since the Completed Date until today which shows how long (in days, hours, minutes) since the Work Order was Completed.

This view will include Work Orders where the following actions are outstanding:

“Certificate” - Work Orders that are awaiting the upload of a certificate following works being carried out

“Quote Review” - Work Orders where the Client (authoriser) has asked for a review of a previously submitted quote

“Re-Valuation” - Work Orders where the Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon in the top right hand corner of the tile, will reload the data within the tile. (authoriser) has asked for a re-valuation of a previously submitted estimate/fixed cost

“Meter Reading” - Work Orders that are awaiting the submission of Meter Readings

“Waste Collection” - Work Orders that have an associated requirement for an element of waste to be collected

The User can change the number of Work Orders shown on a single page at one time to suit their preference as well as being able to “Filter” or “Export” the list to Excel. If the initial list is too large, the User will be required to “Filter” the list down before it is displayed. Clicking a <Work Order> will display the Work Order Detail page for the selected Work Order.

Note: These views are customisable and can be changed by the “Layout” function. See List Layouts for more information on customising the layouts of lists.
