The Portal provides Users with the ability to view the compliance levels of their Sites. This is shown in the Compliance tile on the dashboard. It provides a snapshot of how many certificates are in a current state and what the overall compliance of the User's Sites is.

The following outlines each of the statuses above:

“Required” -  The total number of certificates required

“Current” - Certificates that are valid and the expiry date is for a future date

“Expired” -  Certificates that have now expired and the expiry date is in the past

“Failed” - Certificates that have been uploaded, but when actioning the work orders, issues/faults were found that meant that a Contractor was unable to pass the works as satisfactorily being completed

"Missing" -  A certificate that is missing from Ostara records regardless of whether its Current, Expired or Failed.

Selecting on one of the lines above in the tile will take you to the “Certificates List”. Each certificate has a Certificate Name, an Asset Number (if applicable), a Status which will be either Current (if the certificate is currently valid) or Expired (if the expiry date has passed), an Expiry Date and a Site Name. Clicking a certificate allows Users to download the certificate which they can they save and view as they please.

In scenarios where two current certificates exist with the same dates (an example could be where a Planned Work Order is completed and the remedial works pass certificate is also added to the system at the same time) then both certificates will be shown in the tile.

Pre-Requisite: The certificates shown here will only show if the Certificate name has been selected to be included in the Compliance Tile
