Edit ATAS Data is a section where the phonetics of the Building name can be changed. Upon opening this screen the User will see the Building Name, Building ID and the current Building Phonetic Name. Within the text field, the User can type out the pronunciation of the Building and how it will be said by the ATAS system. This can be accessed and changed at any point by simply opening up the Buildings List, selecting a Building and clicking the Edit ATAS Data button. 

To check how the Building Name will be read out to the User of the ATAS system, dial your ATAS number and enter ‘9’ at the Main Menu. Next, enter the Access Code provided when prompted and then the ID of the Building. Please contact your the Ostara Support team for an Access Code, if one has not already been received.
