Total Accidents/Incidents - A list of all work orders raised for Health & Safety Incidents

Outstanding Accidents/Incidents - A list of work orders that are yet to be completed following a reported incident

Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon in the top right hand corner of the tile, will reload the data within the tile.

Pre-Requisite: At least one of: Health and Safety (outstanding), Health and Safety (total) work order lists. The system must be configured to identify which Work Order Types are associated to “Health and Safety” work orders. If this is unclear, please contact the Ostara Support Team.
