In the same way that a Mobile Application User can ‘Start Travel for Job’, the same ability is available for a Portal User to mark a ‘Work Order’ as ‘Resource En Route’. This will allow site based end Users to be aware that an operative is on their way and as part of this action an ETA can be provided which gives the site awareness of estimated arrival times.

On the Job Detail screen, select the <Resource En Route> action to display the ‘Resource En Route’ pop up.

This displays the ‘Resource En Route’ screen to provide an ETA. Fill in the detail and click <Save>
