The Portal provides Users with the ability to view the certificates against their Sites. This is shown in the Certificates tile on the dashboard. It provides a snapshot of how many certificates are against the User's Sites.

Selecting the number on the tile will take you to the “Certificates” list. Each certificate has a Certificate Name, an Asset Number (if applicable), a Status which will be either Current (if the certificate is currently valid) or Expired (if the expiry date has passed), an Expiry Date and a Site Name. Clicking a certificate allows Users to download the certificate which they can they save and view as they please.

In scenarios where two current certificates exist with the same dates (an example could be where a Planned Work Order is completed and the remedial works pass certificate is also added to the system at the same time) then both certificates will be shown in the tile.

Pre-Requisite: The Certificates Tile is against the User's profile
