The Portal provides Users with the ability to view the certificates against their Sites in different states. This is shown in the Certificates By State tile on the dashboard. It provides a snapshot of how many certificates are against the User's Sites in different states.

The following outlines each of the statuses above:

“Current” -  Certificates that are valid and the expiry date is for a future date

“Expired” -  Certificates that have now expired and the expiry date is in the past

“Expiring” -  Certificates that are due to expire in the next 30 days

Selecting on one of the lines above in the tile will take you to the “Certificates" list. Each certificate has a Certificate Name, an Asset Number (if applicable), a Status which will be either Current (if the certificate is currently valid) or Expired (if the expiry date has passed), an Expiry Date and a Site Name. Clicking a certificate allows Users to download the certificate which they can they save and view as they please.

In scenarios where two current certificates exist with the same dates (an example could be where a Planned Work Order is completed and the remedial works pass certificate is also added to the system at the same time) then both certificates will be shown in the tile.

Pre-Requisite: The Certificates By State Tile is against the User's profile
