GPS Coordinates Contractor Zones SRA/Contracts

To ensure the Map shows the correct data, the coverage areas will need to be setup in the system firstly. This is done using a combination of GPS coordinates, Contractor Zones and SRA/Contract data.

GPS Coordinates

Against each site, it is possible to setup GPS coordinates to enable a number of different features. In this case, adding in the GPS coordinates will ensure that the site appears in the correct postcode/area.

Contractor Zones

Contractor Zones are configured to determine the areas contractors will cover. These will need to be configured to ensure the correct areas on the Map are shown.

SRA/Contracts

The last piece required is the SRA/Contract data. To determine which disciplines are shown, the SRAs need to be changed so that their name has the following format in it:

[Discipline Name]

Outside of the square brackets, the name of the SRA can be whatever it needs to be. If the square brackets do not exist, the SRA won't appear in the disciplines drop down
