The Portal provides the User with the ability to view any Reactive jobs for any Buildings, they have access to, which have been completed in the last 30 days. This includes all Minor Works, Wear and Tear Breakdowns among other Jobs which were completed within the last 30 days. Users can also provide feedback on these completed jobs from the Job Detail page. The "Reactive Jobs Completed In The Last 30 Days" chart is split to show the types of Jobs along with the reason for the work.

Note: The default is set to 30 days, but this can be configured to any duration up to 180 days. Your Ostara System Administrator should be able to make this change.

Clicking on a section of the graph will view a list of jobs relating to the type selected.
