The Portal provides Users with the ability to see what jobs they have that are upcoming at their site(s). This is displayed in the "Upcoming Works" widget. Similar to the Upcoming PPMs widget, the Upcoming Works widget shows all kinds of jobs that are due to start within the next 30 days and shows a maximum of 10 jobs at a time. Each job displayed shows the Resource, Description and if an ETA has been given. It also displays a colour next to each job to signify what each job is. Blue is PPM, Red is Reactive and Green is a Quote.
Clicking a job displays the Work Order Detail page for that job. Here, the User can request ETA updates either by Phone or Email and even add notes to the Work Order if required.
