Following the completion of Remedial Work Orders, the system will inform whoever completed the Remedial of what the next action will be. In some cases, it will ask if the completion of this Work Order now renders the current failed certificate as a pass certificate. In other cases, it will ask if the completion of this work now means a new pass certificate can be added to the Planned.

The person performing the action may not know if this is the case for either of the above. In these cases, you can access the completed Remedial Work Order and perform the action “Remedial - Set New Pass Certificate Required” to do this.

Upon clicking this action, you are asked to specify which certificate(s) now requires a new pass or clean certificate to replace the failed certificate and ensure the site is compliant. Specify the certificate(s) and click <OK> to perform the action. Once performed, this will update the Planned Work Order to allow the new certificate to be uploaded.

Then all that is required if for the new certificate to be uploaded and the process is complete.
