The Portal provides Users with the ability to see what the next upcoming PPMs are at their site(s). This is displayed in the "Upcoming PPMs" widget. The PPMs displayed here are the PPMs whose start dates are within the next 30 days, from today with a maximum of 5 PPMs shown at any one time. Each PPM in the list has a Description, ETA (if one exists), Start Date and End Date.
Clicking a PPM displays the Work Order Detail page for that PPM. Here, the User can request ETA updates either by Phone or Email and even add notes to the Work Order if required.
